Refund & Return Policy

Dear Customer

If an item is unused and still in perfect condition, please send a request to return goods via email to within 72 hours of the date of shipping.

Please include the following information as part of your request:

Invoice number
Product name, make and model
Customer name.

Given the nature of our business, refunds can be difficult due to health and safety requirements. For hygiene reasons, Move Mobility is unable to accept returns of bathroom safety products (commodes, raised toilet seats, shower chairs, cushions and transfer benches).

Move Mobility reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against returns the seller may agree to accept. Such fees may be up to 20% of the invoice priced and levied at the seller's discretion.
