Many standard cushions can be customized using a variety of techniques:
- Adjusting the number of valves & compartments.
- Varying cell heights.
- Adding or removing cell rows beyond the dimensions of standard models.
- Removing sections.
- Customizing with 36 to 160 cells.
For cushions with fewer than 36 cells or more than 160 cells, please inquire for pricing.

- Lateral support cushions that attach directly to wheelchair lateral supports.
- Saddle cushions, available in both western and English models, custom-made to minimize shock, impact, friction, and shear.
