The ICARE Extendable Side Rail is designed to help reduce the risk of falls and accidental rolling from bed while maintaining easy access when required. Ideal for home care, aged care, and clinical environments, this adjustable bed rail provides dependable protection without permanently restricting bed entry and exit.

Featuring a convenient retractable design, the rail can be extended for added safety or retracted when unobstructed access is needed, making it particularly useful in situations where support is not required at all times.

Extendable Protection When You Need It

The side rail locks securely into two width positions:

  • Standard Width: 690mm

  • Fully Extended: 950mm

The extension can be positioned towards the head or foot of the bed, offering flexible placement to suit individual user needs and room layouts.

Secure & Practical Design

Constructed with a slip-on attachment system, the rail can be positioned anywhere along either side of compatible ICARE beds. The design incorporates four safety rails with 100mm spacing to maximise user protection while maintaining visibility and airflow.

Finished in a sleek charcoal colour, the rail complements modern adjustable bed systems while delivering strong, reliable support.
